At Terra Concepts, we provide an initial FREE consultation where we review your project, needs and budget. We will then follow-up with a cost for the production of drawings and planting plans for your approval. Next, we create the detailed drawings and planting scheme for your landscape/garden project.

Your design package includes colour copies of your design; a plant list with specified quantities; a plant care schedule for plant types in your garden; and if a budget is set, estimated costs to complete the project.

As inaugural President of the Cranbrook Garden Club in 1991 and Chairperson of the Cranbrook Communities in Bloom Committee from 2004 – 2012, Pat has extensive experience with plants, planting design, soil and animal issues, cost estimating and working with people. She also has a Landscape Design diploma from the Institute of Garden Design (UK).
